PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali has urged all pro-democratic forces across Pakistan to play their role in easing the rising political tensions, following a highly critical press conference by the military spokesperson targeting PTI and former Prime Minister Imran Khan.
Earlier today, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Director General Lt Gen Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry delivered a powerful 90-minute briefing, accusing Imran Khan of promoting an “anti-army” narrative. The DG ISPR stressed that Imran’s rhetoric has moved beyond politics and now poses a “national security threat.”

He stressed that the party remains committed to democratic principles and wants to engage in dialogue instead of confrontation.
